How can I get started?

At Primal we start new athletes with a series of introductory sessions we call “Elements”. These sessions are designed for us to get to know you, your goals, history and any limitations as well as to introduce you to our training philosophy and principles.

After completing these intro sessions you’ll have a trial period of our classes. If you’d like to try your first session risk free please contact us to get setup.

What if I’m a complete beginner?

No worries! Most people who first join us are and so you are not alone. Our Elements process is designed for all levels. We are happy to meet you where you’re at and build from there!

What are your monthly rates?

Our rates vary depending on the length of your term and what services you’d like. It can be anywhere from $75 just for access to the gym, to $145 for unlimited classes and gym access to $300 for 1x/week personal training, unlimited classes and gym access.

I’ve trained in a funtional fitness gym before, do I have to do elements?

Have previous experience in this arena? No problem! We normally like to do a brief introduction before class but you do not have to go through the Elements process.

What if I want to try a class before COMMITTING to Elements?

No problem! Hope in to one of our Boot Camps or join us Saturday at 9:00am for a Partner WOD.

What are your hours?

Monthly memberships come with a key so that you can access the gym anytime from 5am-10pm. Otherwise, our front desk staff is here from 9am-5pm Monday to Friday to answer any questions.

Do you offer Childminding?

While we don’t have any staff to provide childminding we do have a kids area that features a glass wall so you’ll be able to see your children while working out.

What if I’m injured? Pregnant?

One of the things we pride ourselves on at Primal is being an inclusive community. If you’re injured or have a special consideration our coaches are trained to modify the workouts to your ability.

How old do I have to be to participate in group class or boot camp?

Our minimum age for these programs is 15 years old. If you’re younger than this we offer a variety of after school programs designed to get you ready to be able to participate in our regular classes once you’re 15.
