Here at Primal Athletics we do things a bit differently and we love it. You won’t find a ton of intimidating machines like you would at most gyms, what you will find is a nice big open space with simple but effective equipment such as barbells, dumbbells, medicine balls, plyo boxes, cardio equipment and racks for weightlifting. We combine strength training, cardio, bodyweight exercises, gymnastic movements and mobility all in a fun group fitness format that is for anyone and everyone. Our Coaches are highly trained and passionate about fitness and are here to support you through each class/session.

We also offer a variety of other services such as Bootcamp classes, Personal Training, Kids Training programs, Team Training programs, Workshops and Specialty Programs. Our space is also available for private rentals.

 

STACEY ROSSE | Coach & Owner

SARAH NOGA | Coach

Qualifications: CFL1, Precision Nutrition Coach PN-1

▸ Loves being active and enjoys running, spinning and walking her dog Xena
▸ Lung burning workouts are her jam - bring on the thrusters, wall balls and double unders
▸ She won’t say no to a good strong coffee

Jordan Rauser | COACH

Qualifications: Certified Personal Trainer (NASM), BA Degree

▸ Played hockey at University of Central Oklahoma, Selkirk College, and Vancouver Island University
▸ Captain of the 2015 Western Canadian Champion Campbell River Storm
▸ Current Associate Head Coach for the CR Storm

Max Vaclav | COACH

Qualifications: Registered Kinesiologist, TPI Certified F2

▸ Graduated from Lakehead University’s Kinesiology program in 2016
▸ Grew up in Thunder Bay, Ontario
▸ Passion for all things golf and has been playing for the past 10 years

IAIN HARRINGTON | COACH

Qualifications: Bachelors of Health Science, Doctor of Chiropractic
